This was a fairly powerful read, written simply and positively; potentially at a useful point of my life. Meta-cognitive therapy, and ruminating less and explicitly rely on systems seems like something I can adopt into my daily life (I definitely try to overthink my way through every decision: trying to not think but do has been useful).
